Pilates on horse back
We Have decided to go with something a little different for this Club Day, Topsy Mason is going to come along and take some pilates for us to do at home and on our horses which will help to improve our riding, Topsy is a qualified physiotherapist and this sound like its going to be a heap off fun ,
Please try to bring,
Your horse,
a swiss ball if you have 1
and a blanket/horse rug.
